fold-down wall desk

Why this one

For a room where the desk has to be gone at night, this is the only option that is actually true rather than a compromise. It also breaks our own no-drilling rule, so we flag that in the copy instead of burying it - it is a landlord conversation, not a purchase.

What it had to clear

• under 20 in wide closed
• holds 30 lb+ open
• requires fixing - say so plainly

One of 6 compared in 6 Desks That Fit a 40-Inch Wall and Still Take a Real Laptop.
